Your work stays yours. The upgraded Toolinity studio processes calculator entries, text, images and documents in your browser. No toolbox account is required. Website hosting and optional external services have separate privacy practices, explained below.
1. What this notice covers
This notice covers the upgraded Toolinity studio, original guides and information pages at toolinity.com. Older published Blogger tool posts were removed from public access on 6 October 2026. Copies already saved by visitors, browser caches and search engines may take time to disappear and are outside our direct control.
2. Inputs, files and downloads
The upgraded studio does not upload your tool inputs or selected files to the site operator, create a toolbox account, or save your tool work in cookies or local storage. You choose which files a tool can read. Work is held temporarily in browser memory and normally cleared when you close or reload the page. Optional audience analytics is separate from your tool work.
A download saves a result to your device only when you choose it. Your browser, device, extensions, autofill, history and backups may retain information independently. Keep original files and avoid sensitive information on shared devices. No website can guarantee the security of a device it does not control.
3. Website hosting and cookies
Google's Blogger service hosts this website. Page requests disclose technical information to Google, including an IP address, browser information and the requested page. Blogger may use cookies, performance/security information and aggregate traffic statistics. Local file processing does not mean that hosting creates no logs.
Blogger's regional cookie notice and your browser's controls provide information about platform cookies. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect functionality. See Google's Privacy Policy and Blogger's cookie information.
Optional Google Analytics
Toolinity uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, approximate country/region and device/browser information. The optional Google tag loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting it does not prevent use of the tools. No tool inputs, uploaded file contents, filenames, search words or form entries are included in our analytics events. Page URL query strings and fragments are excluded, and referring URLs are reduced to their origin.
Google receives technical request information and may create analytics cookies that distinguish browsers and visits. These are not anonymous in the strict sense, and visit counts are estimates, not identification of individual people. We do not set a user ID or enable Google Signals or advertising personalization in this integration. Automatic enhanced measurement (form interactions, site search and download tracking) is disabled. See Google Analytics privacy information.
The analytics choice is stored on your browser for up to 90 days. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 90 days; the property retains user/event-level data for two months, while aggregate reports may be retained longer. Use Analytics choices in the footer to change your decision. Rejecting after acceptance stops further collection from this integration, clears its accessible analytics cookies and reloads the page. It does not erase data already processed by Google. Browser blocking, refusal of consent and connectivity may prevent measurement, so reports do not include every visitor.
4. Optional services and external links
The holiday calendar requests OpenWorkdays data when you use its load controls. The provider receives your chosen country/year and normal request information; your personal calendar is not sent. Results are cached temporarily in the tab and displayed with CC BY 4.0 attribution. See OpenWorkdays API information.
Market and phone resources are ordinary external links, not embedded price feeds or a copied phone catalogue. Following a link takes you to a service governed by its own practices. This studio does not add brokerage services or affiliate tracking or a live-weather integration.
Advertising and advertising consent
Google AdSense is configured for the editorial Toolinity Guides page only. Advertising code is not included in the interactive studio, kids activities or information-policy pages. AdSense approval and ad availability are controlled by Google; configuring ads does not mean that ads are currently served. Optional audience analytics remains a separate choice.
When you visit the ad-enabled guide page, Google receives technical request information such as your IP address, page address and device/browser information. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or identifiers to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where allowed by your consent choices and applicable law, personalize advertising. Do not confuse local tool processing with the separate processing performed by an advertising provider.
For eligible visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google's consent management message offers Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. The message's partner list and options disclose the partners and purposes configured for advertising. You can revisit choices using the Privacy and cookie settings link supplied by that message when available. Declining consent does not disable the guides or tools; Google may serve limited ads where permitted. This advertising choice does not enable the site's optional Analytics integration.
Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's advertising information. You can also control cookies and site storage through your browser. Withdrawing a choice does not erase information already processed by a provider. This notice does not waive any privacy rights you have under applicable law.
5. Children's activities and speech
ABC, counting and colouring do not require a child's name, age, photo, microphone or account. A parent or guardian should supervise use and downloads and manage any optional analytics choice. Do not allow optional analytics on behalf of a child where parental authorisation or other legal arrangements are required but have not been satisfied. The integration does not send learning progress, scores or children's tool inputs. Optional speech uses the browser/device voice service; some voices may send the requested example text to their provider.
6. Your choices
You can use the local tools without an account, decline optional external actions, close the tab to clear in-memory work, and manage downloaded files and browsing information on your device. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights concerning personal information held about you and the right to raise concerns with a relevant privacy regulator. These rights are not waived by this notice.
No email address is required to use the studio. Toolinity currently does not offer a support form or publish a dedicated support address. Do not send confidential files, passwords or identity documents through third-party profile links.
7. Keeping this notice accurate
We will review this notice when features, providers or data practices change and update the date above. This describes the present setup, not universal legal certification. Any legally required business contact or consent arrangements must be assessed for the audience and processing involved.
